Personal Injury
Commercial and fleet vehicle collisions
When the vehicle that hit you was working, you are not up against a driver. You are up against a carrier, its safety department and the insurer that indemnifies both.
Commercial cases are won on records the carrier controls: engine-control-module data, electronic logging device hours, dispatch messages, maintenance files, drug-and-alcohol testing and the driver qualification file. Federal retention periods are short and some of that data overwrites itself within days. We send spoliation letters immediately and, where a carrier stalls, seek a temporary restraining order to preserve the truck itself.
Then we establish the violation. Hours-of-service breaches, negligent hiring, unqualified drivers, bald tires and deferred brake maintenance are not bad luck — they are decisions with a paper trail, and they open the door to claims against the company rather than only the person behind the wheel.

Investigation to verdict
How a case moves
Investigation
We move fast on the evidence: black-box data, driver logs, plant records, scene documentation and witnesses — preserved before it disappears.
Demand
A documented demand built on medical evidence and proven losses. Insurers respond to files that are ready for a courtroom, not letters that hope for one.
Litigation
Suit, discovery and depositions in Texas state or federal court. Every deadline is ours to hit; every deposition builds the trial record.
Trial
If the offer never matches the harm, we pick a jury. You decide whether to settle — at every stage, with the numbers in front of you.
No hedging
Questions
The carrier’s adjuster called within hours. Why so fast?
Because their investigation started at the scene and they want your recorded statement before you have seen a doctor or a lawyer. You are under no obligation to give one. We take over that contact the day you hire us.
What is the black box and can they erase it?
The engine control module records speed, braking, throttle and fault codes in the seconds around impact, and electronic logs record the driver’s hours. Both can be overwritten in normal operation, which is why the preservation demand goes out immediately rather than after the police report clears.
